MobileVantage is committed to guarding The Client's personal information. All personal information provided to MobileVantage will be handled according to the requirements outlined by the Federal government in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
What We Collect
We collect The Client's three most recent telecom bills for every account, as well as relevant billing information, names, and addresses.
Why We Collect This Information
All information collected by MobileVantage is necessary in order to conduct an accurate assessment of The Client's telecom needs, and to successfully negotiate a new telecom plan on The Client's behalf.
How We Store Information
Hard copies of The Client's telecom bills are stored on site for the duration of the negotiation process. All hard and electronic copies of The Client's telecom bill are destroyed on site by MobileVantage personnel within 30 days after The Client pays his final invoice in full.
No Third Party Disclosure
MobileVantage will not sell or distribute The Client's personal information.
MobileVantage uses Beanstream Internet Commerce Inc. ("Beanstream") as a third party billing service to process electronic payment. MobileVantage chose to partner with Beanstream because of Beanstream's security accreditation: Beanstream complies with the Payment Card Industry Security Standard Councils' Level 1 Data Security Standard. However, MobileVantage has no control over the actions of the Beanstream and is therefore in no way responsible for any misuse of The Client's payment information or any other information provided to Beanstream or any other payment processing service.
